This was the most amazing move I have ever encountered. These two kind men, Camilo and Michael were nice, professional, fast, and willing to do anything we needed. I can’t thank Otter enough for sending these two outstanding gentlemen from Truck 2. They moved my child from Manhattan to Westchester with complete ease on one of the hottest days of the year. I did some comparison shopping and I was a little nervous as Otter was a lot more affordable than the others but they were seamless. I also want to include Nihad as I communicated with him from day one, both on email and the phone, and he was awesome as well. I highly recommend Otter for your next move!!!

I recently hired Otter for my move, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. From start to finish, Agris and Mike was professional, punctual, and incredibly efficient and very friendly. They arrived on time, handled all my belongings with great care, and made what could have been a stressful day completely hassle-free.

Agris and Mike were courteous, respectful, and clearly experienced. They worked quickly but carefully, wrapping furniture properly and making sure everything arrived in perfect condition. I especially appreciated how communicative they were throughout the process — no surprises or hidden fees.

I had the pleasure of working with Samuel and Michael in Truck number 2. These two were extremely professional and friendly. It was almost hard to believe how diligent, thorough and hard working these two men were. They made my move out/ move in day a breeze. I cannot commend/ recommend Samuel and Michael enough and, by extension, Otter moving. Also, Stan who I spoke to on the phone was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and was always available to me for questions and confirmations. The price was also significantly better than the competing companies I contacted. If you’re moving in Manhattan, Otter moving is a no brainer!!

We had such a great experience with Otter Moving. We realized last minute that we had too much stuff and would not be able to pack and move everything ourselves and when we reached out to Otter, they responded immediately and quoted me an affordable price.

They were flexible and brought all the equipment and tools we needed to pack and move.

Our movers themselves were so efficient and friendly and competent. They were funny and made moving a lot less stressful.

They forgot a piece of Furniture when they left but when I called back later that day, they immediately responded, found it and delivered back to me after their next job.

Highly recommend and will definitely be using them for my next move!

This was my first time moving on my own. So I was nervous about this whole process. I did some google searches and found Otter Moving & Storage. They contacted me right away, and was in constant communication all way until my move. Adam was my point of contact, and he answered any questions I had. I felt as if the price was very fair and affordable for someone like me, I work at a restaurant.

I used otter movers and they gave me best price (manhattan move). They are really awesome. Mr. Hans even replied to me on weekends and helped me. Their management team replied to all the queries related to certificate of insurance. Lastly, team gregory came on the day of move and trust me guys, those people were super talented , they really made my moving day experience so easy and swift. I cannot even imagine that the move has been completed which such high level of efficiency. I would highly highly recommend otter movers. These guys deserves all the good comments and they are a must try.

Otter moving was able to accommodate my long distance from CT to NC, despite them being a NYC based crew. They also charged HALF the price all the other companies were trying to charge me! I got in contact with Ivan and he was extremely helpful and responsive. He was able to answer all my questions quickly and made the entire process so much easier on my end. They did a great job moving our items and assembling everything. Highly highly recommend!!

Hands down the most stress-free move I’ve ever experienced. You can tell they have an airtight customer experience process from submitting the estimate through the end of move day. Simon helped coordinate the move and led me through each step. Oscar and his team executed the move like gazelles. Seriously. And they were super fast. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional. The owners are real people who care, too. Moving sucks but this time it was a breeze!

I had an amazing experience with Otter. Hans was amazing and super helpful. I gave them a friend referral and an estimate of what I needed to move and they provided me with a fair quote. Important to know that you can change your inventory up to 24 hours before your move which was amazing for me. The guys that came were so kind and worked with a difficult street situation without hesitation and with the best attitude. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly kind. They handled my belongings with care and made the moving process smooth and stress-free, hands down worth 100% I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Their genuine warmth and attention to detail truly set them apart. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful moving company under any circumstances.

For all those like me who read the reviews and thought this company was too good to be true, its not. Unbeatable prices and even better service. I must have changed my inventory 20 times and each time they were more than happy to help and responded so quickly! my whole moving team was beyond amazing, especially consider they got stuck in an elevator for 30 minutes, then just got right back to work. Could not recommend this company more!

We hired Otter to dismantle a bookshelf with glass shelves and ship it along with a set of nine fragile pieces of pottery, and many very heavy boxes filled with books from Brooklyn to East Hampton. It was short notice and timing was somewhat urgent for us. They were punctual, prepared, extremely careful with the the fragile pieces. They arrived at East Hampton on time and delivered, and set up everything without a hitch. They were very courteous and professional. We highly recommend them. In fact, I've just hired them to move some more things for me.

Moving is always miserable. It’s expensive, exhausting, and prone to disaster. However, from the moment we called to get a quote from Otter to the final seconds of our move, everyone there was responsive, thoughtful, and went the extra mile to get us to our new apartment. They quoted us immediately. For $500, they moved more than 15 boxes and 9 large suitcases, a hefty three-seater couch, our massive iron bookshelf, and more, in addition to our television, large mirror, and stereo system with massive speakers - all of which were accompanied by delicate wrapping and handling. Arriving 30 minutes early, the movers were friendly, polite, and incredibly fast. There were some boxes that I was concerned about - boxes I feared I overpacked, that were too heavy or that contained delicate items I thought would fall out. The movers made absolute light work out of them, listening to our concerns and handling everything with care and efficiency. For reference, they disassembled our couch (and reassembled it, too!), carried everything down three flights of stairs, and drove twenty minutes to the delivery location. Regardless, start-to-finish the job took no more than an hour and fourty five minutes. I can say with absolute confidence that only with Otter’s help was this move neither expensive nor exhausting, and far from prone to disaster. I cannot recommend Otter enough and I am beyond grateful for all of their help and responsiveness. We will be hiring them again in the future.
