Amazing service! The movers were on time and super friendly. And the pricing was very competitive as well.
I'm very happy that I found Otter. I wanted to do the move myself, but after speaking with Vlad I decided to hire Otter. Responsive and detailed customer service & constantly reaching out with updates. The moving crew was great - fast and careful with my items. Will hire them again!

Great experience all around - Vlad and his team were really fast and thorough, and the price couldn't be beat. I tried to do most of the packing myself, but they really came through and helped pack up a lot of the remaining things I hadn't figured out what to do with (as well as disassembly and reassembly of the bigger furniture). I had a lot more stuff going into the basement than I'd realized at first too, but the team was able to manage that without any hassle and I really appreciated it. I'll definitely be using them again, when the time comes!

I absolutely LOVED using Otter Moving and Storage. Vlad and his team were super responsive before the move. During the move, everything was carefully loaded and unloaded within 2.5 hours which is THE FASTEST move I’ve ever seen/done. They handled all boxes with care and made sure all furniture was protected properly. Major thanks to Otter Moving and Storage for making my move seamless.

Very professional team who came on-time, carefully moved all my pieces which were large and fragile. Would 1,000% recommend to anyone who wants to have a stress-free move and to received their furniture back in one piece and swiftly re-assembled. I've had some really awful experiences with NYC movers, but Otter was the exact opposite. Prior to the move date Vlad and his team were incredibly responsive, their pricing was great and they were flexible around our schedule/move date. On the day of the move they arrived 10 min early (simply texting that they had arrived, but not coming to the door until we confirmed). The team was incredibly polite and friendly. Everything was packed up, delivered and unpacked very quickly and without any issue. This is the best moving company I've used by far and would recommend them for any move.

Vlad and his team were great to work with during our move from New York to DC. They were prompt and responsive throughout the process and accommodating when we had things that didn’t fit into boxes. They made the process so much easier by packing our TV and hanging clothes themselves and communicated well the entire time. Highly recommend!

Otter Moving & Storage should be YOUR TOP CHOICE when you're considering your next move in or near the NY area! Vlad's team was super flexible and arrived to our apartment on time. They were SO FAST and worked in an extremely speedy manner to get everything loaded up on the truck and ready for our new apartment. This is probably the fastest move we've ever had (and we've moved quite a few times). The team started loading up the van at 7:30am, and we were basically finished with our move to the new place by 12pm -- which is NUTS! They were super sweet, professional, friendly, and very understanding when we had a few items that we'd forgotten to stow away/pack appropriately. They secured all of our items and everything was delivered safe & sound, clean with 0 damage. I forgot to mention, the day we had them booked was an extremely RAINY day, and the fact that they worked through the rain with such professionalism was an added cherry on top. I really love this team, and if we ever move again we will 100% be calling Otter Moving & Storage with 0 hesitation. :)

Otter is professional and outstandingly simple. The movers Vlad and Todor felt like they were my friends. Initially my contact was Vlad who walked me through the service and answered all of my questions. Every interaction with Otter was prompt and the movers themselves were very efficient. They had my studio apartment packed and moved so quickly, I was in shocked!!

Vlad and his team were so helpful and made my move so easy. they were on time and fast with the move. none of my stuff was damaged even though i had a lot of fragile and heavy things PLUS a sixth floor walk up. They were so kind and very eager to make my move as easy as possible. DEFINITELY recommend using this company. They really take care in their work.

I was dreading hiring movers as past experiences in NYC have been horrible - missing/damaged items, “undisclosed” charges, etc. I saw Otter’s great reviews and decided to give them a try. They were fantastic and I would absolutely hire them again. Vlad, the owner, was super responsive, providing a detailed estimate, which was also a fixed price, a winning point for me bc the pick up was 1.5 hrs from NYC. Throughout the entire process he was communicative, understood what was needed for insurance purposes, and the art I was moving arrived with no issues. I even received a call from the pick-up location telling me how nice the movers were!

I reached out to Otter Moving after a recommendation from my building super and I did not regret it. This was my first time using a moving company and they made the process very easy and convenient. I spoke to Vlad who explained the process in detail and offered me a good quote. Movers were nice to deal with even though I had a few extra boxes.
