Did my move with Peter and Boris and they were AMAZING. Could not have asked for a better duo, great energy, very helpful, proactive and efficient!

Also, big shoutout to Felix who was my representative and made me feel so supported ahead of the move. Very responsive and always helped me with any changes I had with inventory and dates.

My Otter movers team #30 led by Blazo was incredible. They were punctual, kind, and extremely attentive to all my belongings. My move was coordinated by team member Miles who wrote a fair and accommodating quote. Thank you for making a typically traumatic experience a smooth and successful one

My team (Team 30) with Otter was amazing!! The guys were on time, efficient, and so pleasant to work with. They communicated with me well throughout the day so I knew how my stuff was being handled, and I felt my stuff was in the best hands. It was honestly the least stressful moving experience of my life. I looked at a lot of other companies before making my decision, and I am SO glad I went with Otter. Thank you Team 30!!

This was my second time using Otter and I couldn’t be happier. The team was professional, courteous, and very pleasant to deal with. Our move was complicated (combining two apartments worth of furniture into one) and they handled it with ease.

Great moving company. Very communicative throughout the process, my entire move was done in less than 4 hours. As it was my first move, there were some things I wasn’t aware of, but Batrick and his team accommodated me very well despite the challenges. Can’t recommend them enough.

I moved March 14, 2026 and I couldnt be happier with the service I received from Alex and the team. From the initial call to schedule the move to the actual move, I received prompt and courteous service. I've moved over 8 times in a course of 20 years and I must say, this team has been the best I've worked with. They are very accommodating and the price was definitely right. I will definitely work with them again when I have to move in the future.

We had such a great experience with Peter. He was on time, super organized, and took really good care of all our things. He made what could’ve been a stressful day feel surprisingly easy. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing. Would 100% recommend him!

These guys are super professional. We had Izzy and his team show up on time and they were quick, careful and extremely nice! They were patient and obliged every request we had. If you’re worried about moving, use Otter, you won’t regret it!

Used them again for a second move 2 years later. The dispatcher remembered me and gave us a discount for being a returning customer. This time we were helped by Laki and his team. We had a ton of stuff, but the guys made it work and reassured us the whole time that they would take care of everything, and they did. The entire team was quick, careful and very friendly. Another 5/5 star experience for sure!

Really happy with my experience with Otter Moving. I booked somewhat late (about 10 days before my move), but Otter quoted me less than Piece of Cake, which I had used a couple years ago. The movers were right on time and professional throughout. They wrapped and moved my furniture with care and efficiency. There was one slight snafu (they forgot to take a piece of furniture), but I called them and they immediately came back to pack it. Would happily use Otter Moving again.

Review for Brandon & Alex- Truck 23: By far the best moving experience I ever had. They arrived early to the job and were so fast and efficient. They moved all boxes for a 2 bedroom apartment in under 2 hrs. They were equally as skilled in loading all boxes and furniture into the storage units. 10/10; highly recommended.

Truck #34’s crew was great! I was very pleased that David and co. helped and knocked it out by moving my stuff in under two hours. For reference, I had a small amount of stuff in my bedroom. I recommend Otter Moving and hope to use their services again.

All I can say is Tony Tony Tony is the man to talk to when booking a move with Otter moving coming. I used Otter moving company 3 times and they are the best in the business. They are fast, kind and handle everything with care. Great price each time. Now Tony is simply the best and my go to guy he makes you feel like family and he treats his customers with the upmost respect and he listens to all your needs and concerns about your move. You’re definitely in Great hands with Otter Moving Company they simply out beat the rest.

Team 30 (headed by Blazo) did an amazing job. Packing/moving can be one of the more stressful things to deal with in life, but the team masterfully packed everything in the apartment and transported everything safely. Could not be any happier with the move and will absolutely be recommending OMS to all of my friends.

Incredibly bad experience. Extremely rude to my extremely nice doormen. Bad communication with the company - in the call they forced me to book hourly - which I assume means work until done - but when they showed up said they had a strict deadline and would do what they could. Fortunately they finished the move in time but that was the only good thing.

They were totally careless, banged my belongings against the walls, scratched up my furniture. Almost knocked over a table and tried to blame me for not explaining (??) how my sofa disassembles. It’s an ikea sofa, surely they’ve moved them before? Dropped my clothes on the ground. Pressured to tip. Would never consider using again.

At least when Piece of Cake fleeces you they’re polite about it.

I just finished my second move with Otter Moving, and they were fantastic once again. If you are looking for a reliable, professional moving team, look no further.

Booking was a smooth and supportive process. I had several specific requirements regarding the move-in/move-out times and the truck size due to the buildings I was moving between. Paul was incredibly helpful and handled all my demands perfectly to ensure everything fit the building's rules.

They were very respectful of my belongings. Everything was wrapped securely, and I didn't have to worry about anything getting damaged during the transition.

Daniel, who led the operation, along with his colleague, were incredibly kind and accommodating. They handled all of our furniture with great care, especially the more fragile items.

Everything was done efficiently and smoothly, and they even reassembled our furniture, including my bed, which made settling in so much easier. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

We had a very positive and smooth local moving experience with Otter! Paul was very communicative from the start and attentive to all the details and information leading up to our move. On the day of, Nikola and the truck 39 team continued our positive experience! They handled our furniture and items with excellent care and worked very fast and efficiently. I appreciated that they took the time to place furniture and boxes in our requested spaces and rooms once we arrived at our new apartment. We definitely recommend Otter!

So grateful for Otter Moving's patience, understanding, and flexibility during my move yesterday. The last 24 hours prior to the move were pretty stressful since I didn’t receive final approval from my building until the morning of the move, but their team handled everything calmly and professionally, which I truly appreciated.

The movers took great care with my furniture—wrapping the mirror, using blankets, and securing everything properly—and they were very kind and easy to work with throughout the whole process. Shawn, Terry and Mitch(?) were great!

this is our first time using a moving company and we werent sure what to expect, but we had a wonderful experience and would recommend Otter to everyone! we moved today from our 1BR brooklyn apt into another 1BR in queens. movers showed up around 8:50, finished the entire move by 11:30. incredible speed and efficiency. we are two adults with a baby and a dog, and had a considerable amount of small items that needed to be packed into an extra 7 boxes, which they handled graciously. they helped us unload at the new space and were very considerate of where we wanted everything. thank you so much for everything!

I must say I really do appreciate the way team 30 handled my furniture with care. But most importantly how polite and respectful they were to me and any personal items within my household. We needed a truck and movers for our heavy furniture and miscellaneous large items. Otter sent two guys, which I thought would not be enough. They were more than enough, and handled the task, with all its unexpected obstacles confronted in an efficient and error free manner. I highly recommend them for as stress free moving as can be possible.

Nemanja and Luis where so amazing!! They helped me move out of my apartment fast and stress free. They are very professional and even though I had more boxes and bags then I originally quoted they where still able to move everything for me. Used this team to move to GA from NYC. Best moving experience I’ve ever had. Professional and great customer service. Very communicative. I’ve recommended them to anyone I know that is moving. Best price I found out there as well. Handled all of my things with care and were super quick! Nothing was broken or lost. They even delivered boxes to my house a few weeks before the move. 10/10!

This was our first time using Otter. We under estimated the number of items so there was some back and forth with management to make adjustments. However, the movers Nemanja and Luis were AMAZING! Had very smooth experience with them, from getting the quote to confirming the appointment to the moving day. Nik and couple other guys did the move for me, he was really patient in wrapping and dissembling the furniture. My building had issues with the service elevator so they had to wait around for longer than expected, but Nik didn’t say a word. I’m very happy with the whole experience, service was great.

I had an excellent experience moving with Otter. Despite the fact that this was a relatively easy move (from one apartment to another on the same floor), Simon (my representative) never made me feel like this was too small of a job to handle. He also walked me through every step to ensure that it was the easiest move possible. The movers came on time, day of, and managed to get all of my large items over in about an hour and a half.
