I had an fantastic moving experience with Otter! The moving crew worked very fast, arrived on time, and was very friendly. The Otter office team was very helpful, flexible, and very understanding about my situation with the building management. I would rate this moving experience with Otter to be 5/5 stars, no drama. I would definitely recommend Otter to my friends and to everyone.

Appreciate the timeliness, excellent customer service and speed in which they worked. Excellent job! They were on time, prompt, and extremely courteous! This is my 2nd time using them and I’d use them again! We worked with Kaman ( I think I spelled that incorrectly) 5 stars!

I had a great experience with Otter Moving from start to finish. Even before move in day, they were very responsive via text or email. They also worked with me to try to keep costs at a minimum. They were very friendly, efficient, and handled all of my belongings with care. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers.

Ogi and Gaga were so amazing and so helpful! They were able to pick up from two different locations and drop off at the same apartment. They were so helpful in disassembling and reassembling furniture. I really appreciated that they made sure everything was protected. Communicative, friendly, very great at their jobs!

It has been our fourth move in 10 years and it's been the only time that i have things broken, but not only glasses and mugs, but lamps, decorations, furniture- the wooden legs of my table where broken which talks about the careless handling of my things. Even one vintage furniture that I payed EXTRA to get caution for it was damaged.
The packing team in NY was ok but since minute one the person in charge was specifing me that usually the tip ranges from 15 to 20% which btw is false but the fact that he mentioned it before even finishing the job was outrageous. I did ended up giving this amount just so I had my stuff taken well care of, which was so delusional of me.

The worst part was after the packing- so the estimated time that I was told was between 3 and 10 business days, although they swore that it would be shorter than this ( which it wasn't) but after the packing ZERO follow up was made from their end, zero info of where my stuff was, of when was it going to be shipped etc, my husband needed to call daily to have some kind of answer and they where super un professional at the phone, telling him at first that the truck already left NY and then the next day they weren't sure so this was a nightmare.

When our things arrived 10 days after, was the worst service, the guys where complaining all the time that there where a lot of boxes, then they just threw literally everything in my living room and didn't event finish assembling the furniture, they handled my things poorly and just wanted to get out of there.

So bottom line, I know the estimates are more competitive than other companies but you get a terrible service for that saving, and the worst thing is all the broken / damaged things that you loose for ever.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND OTTER! go somewhere else if you have things you care for.

Borut and Dwayne were amazing! They were very professional, quick, and very careful with all my boxes and furnature. It was a very hot day and they were still so positive and in good spirits lugging heavy furnature around. Communication prior to the move was great as well. I had to add and remove things a couple times and there was never a problem with the process. Id recommend otter moving to all my friends and family and definitely use them again!

Big shoutout to Matt and Rocky from Outter Moving and Storage for making our move today go so smoothly. From the courtesy call before arriving to the way they handled everything from start to finish, they were professional, organized, and made the whole process feel stress-free. They really took control and got the job done. Definitely recommend them for your next move!

Moving is general is such a daunting event. When i was searching for a moving company, a few different companies popped up in my algorithm. I eventually and undoubtedly chose Otter Moving & Storage. The initial call with David really put me at ease and I did not feel pressure to have to commit. He was readily available if I had any questions regarding the move and gave clear answers. On the day of the move, it happened to be the hottest day of the year so far! Danny and Juan arrived about 30 min early and got straight to work. Very efficient and took care protecting furniture. Unpacked at destination within about an hr and half. Huge shout to Danny and Juan for hustling in 95 degree temp. So grateful to them. Highly recommend Otter Moving & Storage and , if needed, will use Otter Moving & Storage again! Thank you!

Vanja and his team were great, they moved everything so quickly and with great care. Scheduling with Novak was great, he answered all of my questions. We had peace of mind before and during the move. Reasonable price and would recommend to friends!

Could not be happier with Otter! They are affordable but offer the same white glove service you’ll receive from companies charging 3x the price. They were on time, efficient, packed everything so well and handled all with care on both sides of the move - out of the old apt and into the new. Would 100% use them again and recommend to anyone. If you can, request Team 40 - they were exceptional!

After extensive research on moving companies,
I learned that Otter had the most competitive rate. Even though it was a last-minute notice, the staff made sure I was well taken care of until the day of the move. David and Vok provided a seamless, smooth experience for the moving. Couldn’t think of a better company and people!

I needed last minute moving of furniture into a storage unit, and luckily came across Otter! They were super fast at responding and getting a quote for me. Super reasonable price (best price I ever received) moving a whole apartment worth of furniture from LIC to Long Island. The movers Rocky and Matt (truck 011) were the best. They showed up on the early side of the time window I was provided. Super kind and attentive. Taking the extra steps to individually wrap and box up pieces to ensure they don't get damaged. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Will be using again!

Peter & crew in truck 57 was amazing! Less than 3 hours start to finish for a pretty big move, and everything arrived in great shape. Otter's price was literally over $1000 less than the next closest quote and they were very attentive and easy to communicate with. Very highly recommended!

I spoke with Mark, and he addressed all of my questions promptly while helping schedule our appointment. He’s a great problem solver and made the process smooth and easy. On moving day, we worked with Team 40, and they were excellent—very careful, professional, and efficient. Thanks again for the outstanding service!!

Alex's and his team were very professional and got my move done with great time and efficiency. I will definitely be using there services again even though I didnt have such a big move but was still alot with 3 flights of stairs they were done fast

Movers did a great job bringing everything out and packing up all my furniture with blankets. They provided all furniture boxes necessary and arrived on time, for context I live in a 2 bed moving into a 3 bed so I had a lot of furniture to take care of. They packed my pc up perfectly and were very careful. They were done packing up the first place in 4 hours. Once we got to the new apartment (it was a 2 story brownstone walk up) they worked wonderfully as a team bringing up the furniture piece by piece, asking me where they should all go and helped me set up my bed! 5/5 stars! I’ve had other moving companies in the past and have had a lot of issues with them thankfully Otter moving did not give me any stress. Contacting Tony prior to the move was amazing he offered great assistance when it was regarding my furniture list!

I booked a move with Mark and he was wonderful: he took the time to video call me to share an accurate quote and was very responsive & reassuring when I had questions. On the day, Peter and his team showed up: they were extremely professional, funny and super efficient - truly a smooth move and it’s very appreciated!

Peter and Mamadou came to help my friend move in between apartments. They were very courteous, kind, and respectful. They worked very quickly, non stop. My friend and I were very impressed with them. I highly recommend them next time you are moving.

Otter was able to give me a lower price than other moving companies for my move from Brooklyn, NY to Bucks County, PA. The movers arrived exactly on time and introduced themselves. Milos & Denis ended up being so fast and efficient, even with my sofa bed going down 4 flights. Milos' wrapping & taping skills were quite impressive. They arrived at my new building ahead of me and had already started unloading. They took great care of my belongings and got the furniture set up quickly where I wanted it. Overall I was impressed by Otter and totally recommend them. Thank you Milos & Denis!

Petar and his crew with #57 was absolutely amazing. They worked so hard and fast. They were so polite and professional. He disassembled my table and put it back together better than I did the first time. The price was very affordable and extremely fair. The whole process was an absolute dream. 10/10 would definitely recommend and will definitely use them again in the future.

The move went fantastic! They picked up and moved so quickly. Everyone was so communicative. They wrapped stuff so professional and just moved. From John, who helped me with going over the list of items that I needed to move, multiple times, to the movers, who took stuff from my 3rd floor apartment, then took some of my stuff to a storage unit (and placed everything in there as if the were Tetris masters), then the rest to my new apartment, and set up my bed frame and mattress. Phenomenal service all-around. Thanks!
Update: I moved a year later and decided to use Otter again. Every aspect went as expected. Great experience from the team. 10/10. Already recommended to another friend that's going to use this company.

We had to move out of our college dorm, and the guys from truck #34 were so helpful! They made the experience so smooth, and handled all of our things with care.

If you need help moving out and storing your things over the summer, you should definitely hire them, they do an amazing job!

Boris & Roberto did a phenomenal job with our move! The communication was seamless throughout the whole process and they were very quick and efficient with safely moving all our items. Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help moving!!

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience, especially as a repeat customer who has never had issues before. I was specifically told over the phone that the movers would pack my belongings using boxes I already had. I was also told over email that everything would be packed for my moving day.

However, when the movers arrived, I was suddenly told this was against company policy. As a result, I was forced to purchase hundreds of dollars worth of additional boxes last minute—some of which weren’t even used.

When I reached out via email and phone to raise my concerns, there was little urgency in addressing the issue. I only received a response after following up again and mentioning that I planned to leave a review. Even more frustrating, I was told that I was “never told that,” despite those assurances being made over the phone.

The movers themselves were understanding, but the lack of communication, accountability, and customer service from management was incredibly frustrating. As a loyal returning customer, this experience was disappointing and has left a very negative impression. They did refund me for the unused boxes I had to additionally purchase, but disappointed overall with my experience.

Had moving day today and had a great experience with the Otter team. Advan was amazing — he worked quickly, handled everything professionally, and clearly knew what he was doing.

Boris and Roberto were absolutely fantastic! They made the entire move feel easy and helped well beyond what was expected. Truly an incredible and personable team. I also worked with Chad over the phone, who was so helpful throughout the process and made everything feel seamless. I had never used movers before, but after this experience I will absolutely be using Otter Moving again in the future. Highly recommend!

Vladimir and Kamilo helped us move from a 4th floor walk up into a 3rd floor walk up - they were on time, fast, and very helpful and friendly. Everything arrived in our new apartment without any issue. They made a big move feel easy and we appreciated them a lot! We would definitely hire them again. Price was also very reasonable!

Great service as always. Otter is my go to company to work with and the guys are always friendly, fast and careful. I needed a team of 4 today t9 move a lot of gardening material and the work was completed in 1.5 hours. Amazing.

We had a great experience with Otter Moving & Storage from start to end. Starting off with Nina who is on top of the communication line from providing quotes and answering emails around the clock. Team Kenyi and his partner are professional and efficient. They worked seamlessly and some how everything was nicely wrapped before I finished packing one box.
It was a smooth and stress free experience and we are glad that we chose Otter Moving.

The move went quickly and they were courteous and very nice and helpful. The price was very reasonable and I even added on a stop and it wasn’t an exorbitant amount extra. I would definitely use them again if I ever had to move which I hope I don’t but I’m recommending them to everyone I know.
