Duke (truck 14) and his crew were INCREDIBLE. They were courteous, had extreme attention to detail and were so efficient. We had them pack up our NYC apt and drive our stuff down to North Carolina, same crew, same truck, next day delivery. It was the most seamless move I’ve ever had. Thanks again!!!

For all those like me who read the reviews and thought this company was too good to be true, its not. Unbeatable prices and even better service. I must have changed my inventory 20 times and each time they were more than happy to help and responded so quickly! my whole moving team was beyond amazing, especially consider they got stuck in an elevator for 30 minutes, then just got right back to work. Could not recommend this company more!

I could not recommend Otter Moving & Storage more! We were moving from out of state and needed assistance with unloading our U-Haul and bringing our items into the apartment. Everyone we spoke to was super responsive and helped made this process very easy. The movers were efficient and took great care of our belongings!

I would like to share my experience I found this moving storage after reading amazing review . And it eventually was at moving day from start process to ending was very smooth . The Peter whom i spoke over the phone was very nice able to answer all my question about my big move . I was nervous about moves bec it was my first out of state to California . But it was best quote I received From him and decided to go with
Otter . And I am glad I did . Moving day was smooth easy and very fast . Movers were amazing .my experience was 10/10 .

The movers came all the way from NYC to the Washington, DC area for my move to NYC. I honestly cannot rave about this company enough. The entire staff was a GODSEND from my moving rep, Advan, down to the moving crew. I booked them 2 months in advance and customer service was incredibly responsive through email and phone from beginning to end. Every single question regarding my move was answered and they never dropped the ball on anything. The moving crew worked so quickly and were very careful with my things (not a scratch in sight!). It was a very long day for them, but they were professional through it all. On top of all that, the prices were reasonable given that it was an out of state move.

I had to move cross country (NYC to Seattle) with very little time to prepare and on a pretty tight budget. Every moving company I spoke to quoted me a high price, so I was beyond relieved when I started speaking with Nikola at Otter. The customer service from Nikola and his team was superb. They were super responsive to phone & email messages; they were kind and patient and explained everything clearly. I won’t lie that I started getting very nervous closer to the move date - the price and the 5 star rating must be too good to be true??? However, after receiving my shipment today (well within the quoted timeframe) I can confirm they really are that good!!! The team in NYC and the team in Seattle were awesome with my items; everything arrived in good shape and the guys were all just so nice.
Thank you Otter for making a chaotic and stressful time of my life smoother than I could have hoped for!!

My move with Otter was great! From the beginning, Mark and his team were so helpful, happily answering any questions I had. They were also able to give me a very affordable rate for a cross country move which is ultimately why I chose them.

The day of the move was super easy and it went just as they had communicated it would and as I expected. Everything was on time and the movers took good care of my stuff and were in and out of my apartment in a short period of time.

I'd hire again in a heartbeat! We booked movers to help load a cross country truck and booked the job the night before because another group canceled on us. The movers came right at the time we asked and they stayed until the job was completed even though our moving truck got to our apt late and it was outside their committed 2-hour window. Provided shrink wrap and extra tape and were extremely considerate of all our fragile boxes. The two man team worked like a machine. They were incredibly fast and efficient. Wonderful people!

This was the BEST moving experience I've ever had, and I've moved many times (10-15 or so) over the past 30 years. This was a long distance move (NYC to CT), and throughout Matthew and Vlad were professional, hard working and got the job done fast and completely without incident. The cost was extremely reasonable and honestly lower than I thought they deserved. I give them my absolute strongest recommendation.
