These guys rocked. They were fast and strong and pro. Make sure you ask for team 40, Blazo. Guy was a stud. Absolutely a good one. Was careful and a great communicator and got everything dropped off in the right place. Unpacking is easier because of him.

Peter and Sebastian did a fantastic job packing and moving me across town! I would 100% hire them to move me again in the future. They were super communicative, punctual and had a very positive attitude during the entire process! They made the entire process so easy from start to finish!

Nemanja and Luis did such a careful and fast job moving the furniture around our apartment. Unfortunately one item they bumped into fell, but otter moving is taking care of replacing it for us, which shows incredible integrity on their part. This is my second time working with the company, and I will happily continue to work with them going forward, especially if the movers are like Nemanja and Luis!

Big shout out to Ogi and Gogi! Let me start off by saying I have never had an easier moving experience and i've moved A LOT. Ogi and Gogi are what I would call a dream team. Amiable people who showed up on time and got right to work handling all my things with care. They work so well together to make the move as efficient as possible with no time wasted. The pair swiftly made it to the drop off location, unboxed, and placed everything where I needed it to go. Items were properly protected. I had no worries during the whole process, lucky to have this crew! 10/10 would recommend!

Boris and Jose were so friendly and very efficient at the move, it all went very smoothly and they took great care not to damage anything. They were also very patient when there was a mix up out of our control at the drop off location meaning the service elevator was delayed - didn’t cause a fuss and got the job done with ease.

Doorman even commented what great movers they were comparatively to all that he sees. Have always had a good experience with Otter.

I would like to shout out Boris and Jose! Boris was so kind, helpful, great front facing customer service. He answered all of my questions and was kind in the process. Would definitely recommend him and services of otter moving to anyone!

I had an excellent experience with Otter Movers and wanted to share my appreciation. The two movers were polite, professional, and clearly knew how to handle every challenge that came up.

The living room furniture included a 7-piece sectional with legs that were very difficult to remove, and they took the extra time, about an additional hour to carefully handle it without any issues. Their patience and attention to detail really stood out.

The bedroom set (queen bed with mattress and box spring, dresser, nightstand, and 65-inch TV stand) was completed quickly and efficiently. Even more impressive, everything was delivered and set up across two locations: the bedroom furniture in the Bronx and the living room furniture in Staten Island.

These guys were extremely knowledgeable and worked seamlessly as a team. Everything was set up perfectly, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish.

The movers were punctual and were very quick with packing as well as loading and unloading into the new apartment. All the boxes were labeled which made it easier to unpack afterwards. They even did us a little favor with bringing a daybed downstairs. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Nemanja Kalezic and Luis were our movers and they were awesome. Super friendly, helpful, and really efficient. They handled everything (big and small) with no issues and made the whole move feel easy. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again for future moves!

I recently moved from LIC to Astoria and Team 30 assisted my move. They were an incredible team. Extremely polite and efficient. They moved all my stuff so fast, they came into my apartment and within an hour and half it was empty. They also did a great job at transporting my plants! They were priced so well compared to other estimates I received from other competitors in NYC that were several hundred dollars more. I was so happy with their pricing! They took great care of my furniture, everything was wrapped super well, ultimately I’m so happy I went with Otter! I would highly recommend!

I was recommended by my colleague and used the service for moving to hershey from nyc.I spoke with Hans who organised everything . I sent them the pictures of all the items and recieved a very reasonable quote. I had called few other movers as well ,the quote i got was considerably higher. On the day of the move they arrived on time . The guys were very friendly, careful in packing and very efficient in time management. This was unlike the previous movers who were inexperienced and wasting the time just to make some extra money. I requested a.over.night move , all the items were delivered on time , undamaged . I called already planning to go with another company, but Zach’s professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine customer service completely changed my mind. He gave me real peace of mind during a stressful process and offered a great price without any pressure. Because of him, I switched to Otter and I’m very glad I did. We had a great experience! Otter was able to do a two stop move so that my partner and I could move in to the same place together. Izzy and his crew were easy to work with. They were incredibly nice, communicative to make sure things ended up in the correct place, and took really good care of our stuff. We are settling in now and couldn't be happier!

Otter move helped my company move offices from SoHo to Chelsea. They were on time, professional, even moving up the start time to accommodate a building rule we were told about last minute. I loved that they use bins, as it's better for the environment and the guys took great care with our possessions. Would use again.

So just so all understand I have moved out of the BRONX more than 40 years ago, so all my connections and everything I know were gone. Now I had to rely on a search for movers from the BRONX to move furniture for me because I no longer live in the Bronx, . I live way out in New Jersey.. so I started researching I came up with three companies and called each one prices were fair, but still kept going back-and-forth and this company the outer moving company was the one that I chose because of all the review . I spoke to a nice man named STAN told him what I have three stops. He took all the notes down, came up with a price. Which was acceptable and agree. When he called me back the second time about four days before the move, he gave me another discount. I put down the deposit and like I said, the price was lower . The day before the move, he called me again, went over everything made sure tell me what time that they’ll be there and the next day the movers came . These two young men friendly and they worked in unison. They went over each time they went up and down. They arrived @ each destination in a timely manner. 3 stops. 1st Bronx, Ft, Dixs. South Jersey. Bojan, Hector and Juan (truck 8) did an incredible job with my move. They were friendly, efficient and all of my boxes and furniture were safely moved to my new place. I also used their packing services for my kitchen and Bojan was so quick at getting everything done. Highly recommend Otter and specially this team.

This is my second time using Otter moving company within a year and again the did not disappoint. If you are looking for a company to move you do not look any further. These guys are awesome with packing and moving you with respect and honor. The pride they take in helping you with your move is unmatched. I have used moving companies before and know the difference in what to look for. If I could give these guys $500 plus for per person I would have they deserve it. The awesome and worry free service that they do is unbeatable. If you like me and read reviews try Otter and you too will will use their service and recommend them to family and friends.

Went with otter after hearing negative things about Piece of Cake and Roadway. I have moved over 7x times in the last 10x years and my experience with Otter was simply the best. The guys arrived early, packed ever single item with care (not a single glass broken), and moved my belongings in a 1x bedroom apt to my new place in under 3x hours! HIRE THEM. I have dealt with a lot of moving companies in 20 years of NYC living and will now be moving all my business to Otter Moving & Storage. The quote was the most reasonable I received and it was received within an hour of my inquiry, I was assigned a personal move manager (Nihad) to walk me through the quote / booking / COI process. They accommodated a same week move and followed up using my preferred method of communication to ensure all information needed for a smooth operation was received. On the day of the move I received a voice call directly from my movers, letting me know that they were running early, and were understanding when I wasn't quite ready. Pablo & Jesus were fantastic - communicative, flexible, funny, and professional. They were parked legally and took their time to assess the furniture protection needs prior to starting the move. They treated my high worth antique furniture with extra care - wrapping each glass shelf individually and blanketing every item. They were communicative along the way and gracious when there was a address mix-up for the destination. The whole experience was efficient and expeditious. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I can’t stress enough how calm and clean the whole moving experience with otter was. We asked for moving and packing services. The day before the move, otter called us to confirm the inventory and price again, to make sure everything is clear. The movers arrived to our place (which was a mess) exactly when expected, and packed everything so fast and organised, all the boxes had labels detailing what’s inside, and with a smiley :)
The whole move was about 3 hours. So efficient and pleasant. We will only move with otter in the city, the best of the best and the price is unmatched.

Incredible. I am so glad I trusted in Otter for my move. I was so nervous as these are my things from my whole life moving from one city to another and they handled it with grace and great energy the whole time. I have nothing but great things to say about this company and how they handled a very long day. They arrived at 7:10AM and helped with wrapping big items like big mirrors and TV's. They have boxes if you need to wrap last minute things as well. My advice would be to make sure your list for what items you are packing are as close to what is going on that track so you don't charged for extra items.

Me and my partner tried moving ourselves and by the 2nd day we just couldn’t do it. In a panic I reached out to Otter for same day moving help and they really pulled through. In 2 hours they moved what was left in our old apartment into our new one. The guys were quick and professional, I would recommend their service!

I used Otter moving company yesterday/today and wowwww! The office team was fantastic and the team of two movers, Mez and Terry were exceptional. The price was very reasonable and communication was superb. The movers went in to my apt in NY and packed everything in about 3.5 hours. The next day, they arrived in VA very early and completed the move in 4 hours. Overall, I highly recommend Otter. I am very pleased 😄

They packed everything efficiently and carefully, moved it to my new place, and carried everything up multiple flights of stairs without any issue. From start to finish, Simon—who handled my invoicing and coordination—was incredibly professional, responsive, and organized. I had reached out to about five different companies for quotes, and Otter not only gave me the most reasonable price( almost half of the others), but also delivered service that far exceeded my expectations. The 4-man crew led by Diego was absolutely fantastic. They arrived on time, worked at an impressive pace, and handled everything with great care. Even though my move ended up being much larger than planned (from 20 boxes to over 50!), they managed the extra load effortlessly. The team took care of disassembly, careful packing, and reassembly of all my furniture exactly according to my layout.
